Hamilton & Mercedes outsmart Verstappen & Red Bull
  Hapless Ferraris get lapped in Budapest
Polesitter Max Verstappen, on worn tires against Mercedes ace Lewis Hamilton on softer and newer tires, was a sitting duck as Hamilton blew past with three laps to go to win the Hungarian GP in Budapest in an exciting finish for F1 before the summer break. It was the 7th Hungarian GP win for Hamilton. Meanwhile, the hapless Ferrari team under Mathias Binotto are so bad they were nearly lapped by the leaders with Sebastian Vettel passing Charles Leclerc with two laps to go to get the final podium position.

Federico may be the best photographer in the F1 paddock and here he captured nearly 100 photos for AR1.com readers from the Saturday action at the Hungarian GP.  Max Verstappen took pole ahead of Valtteri Bottas and Lewis Hamilton. 
Max Verstappen wins pole for Hungarian GP
  His first F1 pole
Max Verstappen and his Honda powered Red Bull beat the Mercedes team of Valtteri Bottas and Lewis Hamilton to win his first ever F1 pole for the Hungarian GP.  Verstappen becomes the 100th different F1 pole sitter. The Ferraris of Charles Leclerc and Sebastian Vettel rounded out the top-5 but they are out to lunch for the race on Sunday.

Thursday was setup day at the Hungaroring as well as the normal Thursday Press Conference for this weekends Hungarian GP, the last F1 race before the traditional 3-week summer break, but this year the break is 4-weeks, meaning the next race, Spa, is not until Sept. 1st. Federico Basile was onsite and captured these photos for your viewing pleasure.
